		<description>We bought our house from dead beats too.  A couple months ago, we got a bill in the mail, addressed to the previous owners, from a local department store cosmetics department.  I opened it to see if it was anything relevant, only to find that she shopped there recently, and had the bill sent to our address.

We still get mail for them, 4 years later.

And?  Rain, rain, where are you?  I can&#039;t afford to replace the landscaping I have.  Plus, a lot of my landscaping is gifts, so they are sentimental to me.
