The weather sucks...it was so freaking humid yesterday, I was walking around at the mall in shorts, feeling like I should have had on jeans. Come on fall weather!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No A/C and no heater means lower electric bills. Plus, I still need to get our chimney cleaned. Perhaps the warm days makes calling the chimney sweep pass my mind? We bought in 2001. 11 acres in the county, our taxes are lower than they were in the city. Now houses in our old city neighborhood are selling for 50K more than we paid for this house! When we re-financed last year, our house had doubled in value. It's crazy, crazy up here. I like the warm days, as long as the nights are cool like this.
