Part of it is really great and everybody has their lights on. However, my section is a bunch of deadbeat old people who hover in the dark with their lights turned off so they don't have to be bothered with children coming to their door. It pisses me off. The first year we moved to our house I was so excited...we had about 4 kids. There were only a few this year.....lame..... My neighborhood is a mix. When the girls were little, we lived in a neighborhood and did the trick or treating thing, but I have to say, I am glad we haven't had to do all that for the last 4 years.
