We bought our house from a dead beat couple that was getting divorced. 4 1/2 years later, we still get bills in the mail from department stores for recent purchases that she has made. Hopefully the post office is catching on to my nasy notes I leave on the mail. And they were outright liars at closing, telling us there were screens for the windows in the garage. Uh, no there aren't. There are way too many examples to list here. Luckily no one has physically come here looking for them. Yet. Hopefully your dead beat will be found so everyone will leave you guys alone. Another thing we have in common.
