		<description>It&#039;s not so much about whether the prediction was right or not, but the complete and total lack of the ability to predict and the inability to change the forecast. Witness our inch or less and your 13 inches of snow. The inaccuracy is astounding.

I know it&#039;s been said before but if other industries were allowed the variance that the weather people are allowed we&#039;d never have vehicles that stay together at any rate of speed, computers that work, turbines that spin to produce power, etc.
