		<description>We&#039;ve had a lot more cherry tomatoes too. Our romas and beefsteaks are coming in more slowly. We&#039;ve been taking the tomatoes and doing the mozzarella, basil and olive oil thing. I&#039;ll have to try it with balsamic.

We&#039;ve only had one big tomato so far (several cherry tomatoes) but I think tomorrow or the next day we will have a few more.  This weekend I&#039;m heading out for some fresh mozzerella to go with our basil and the balsamic vinegar in the cupboard to go with those tomatoes.
