It was the Stop Making Sense tour and it was at Miami University in Oxford Ohio. The Tom Tom Club was amazing especially their choreography which was so precise it was hypnotizing. At one point, this ditzy blonde, who gives all us blondes a really bad name, turned to me and said, "they are dancing so great, do you think they practice that, or do you think it's by accident?" I wanted to body slam her. Great list. We named a cat after UB40, only we spelled it out to Eubie. At the time, we were naming all our cats after bands or songs titles.
