We still have salsa and guac leftover. I'll make sure to post how the lettuce turns out. In the stuff we have now, one big leafed lettuce is pretty bitter but the others have been fine. It sounds like we were like minded in our planting this year. Except I didn't plant eggplant. I planted lots of onions too. I also did Yukon Golds and all-purpose potatoes in separate plantings.
